Well so far the selectors look like geniuses for playing Siddle, but fools for playing the unfit Clarke and sub-standard North.
Good to see (well read on cricinfo) that Hussey is back to using the aggression that made him good to watch.

I think it's obvious that Khawaja is ahead of Ferg on the pecking order. I think Punter likes picking North because it makes him look far better.
A bit like having a really ugly "designated wingman".

for mine ferg is a better option at that 5 or 6 spot where as khawaja is that number 3 type? just my thoughts

At least with Haddin in, we'll have a chance of chasing this score down sooner rather than later. At least he'll have a go and won't die wondering. Clarke was magnificent to watch in his marvellous innings
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep

No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Betfair flucs since stumps day 1

AU $1.46.....$1-83
EG $6-00.....$2-70
DR $6.40......$10

EG 260
AU 5/155

i think they will blood Khawaja at number six and then when Ponting retires in the near future he will be ready to move up to number 3 similar to how Pontings career went.

Clarke disgraceful. Very selfish putting himself ahead of team. He knew his back was no good but selfishly played therefore jeopardising team. Not good for future aus captain.
Dont get me started on north

15 wickets in a day and half i would think the draw is out of the question but saying that you'd think day 3 and 4 will be good to bat on with maybe some cracks day 5.

saying that i cant pick a winner at this stage very much a 50/50 for mine alot on the shoulders of these 2 at the crease.
