Down to 72.65kg. Don't know how I managed to lose weight over Christmas, instead of gaining it, like I usually do. :?

In the new year I will have a crack at putting up a chart for those that may be interested in keeping track of their own and other peoples progress.
Indicate if you wish to be included.
Starting weight and your goal weight by end of 2011

Weighed myself the other night, I'm now 77.2 Kg.

This is really good because I lost about 3-4 kilo during winter after getting really sick and because of it I got down to about 73 Kg after being about 76-77 kg at the start of the season after a pre-season where I started to get into the weights.

After recovering I got back to about 75 Kg, which I had been for a while and now with the weights and running I've been doing since the end of the season and also our pre-season training, I've added 2-3 kilos of muscle which I'm very happy with.

Is it too late to be included Kahuna?

Currently 114.2 after way too much holiday cheer. Heaviest I have ever been and actually very shocked ... thought I was around 105!

Goal for the year to be 90-95kg.

i have been up and down lately but the best and most efficent way to lose weight for me is i am only eating one main meal a day and maybe a few biscuits or an apple here and there. I have shed 10 kilos without exercise.
i am 85kilos and was 95 a few weeks ago and this was done over the festive break

Wouldnt you be losing strength as well though? I'd not only like to drop the kgs but increase fitness (hopefully) :D then maybe - just maybe - i might leave the centre square during footy season!

if your doing major exercise for a footy team or what ever then you will need to eat alot. but im not playing footy only working so dont require the 'good foods'. I tend to be very hungry around lunch mid afternoon but i am now use to it.
