thanx catchit for dropping me , but would have been just as happy walking back and sitting in the shade with a bevvie ;)
too all the pdca lads good bloody game and with the two sides we both had we should have more contests like that in the future . again too good on the day.

Yeah well when it went up i thought sh!t thats mine and yeah i got a finger on it and nearly knocked meself out with my head hitting the ground....doing my best to make it sound like a hard catch...

It sounds weird but I've played about a dozen games using them pink jaffer's and I reckon they drop through the air quicker than the red balls.

They move through the air differently for sure.... there were a few catches that went down in the masters game that looked to deviate weirdly. Especially a skied ball that LM should've swallowed.
With that... a slight deflection to the next topic!

Yeah, I didn't think it was coming anywhere near me initially, scoring with Ace on Saturday didn't help my cause for Sunday either, we were like the two muppets that sit on the balcony.
I've only ever seen Shano drop two outfield catches in 20 years of playing alongside him, both of them were pink balls.

No probs, I was a bit worried about him fielding at cover though with two clean hitters at the crease, oh well, he got through unscathed and good that he was so wrapt. It was a "family day" after all.

Interesting seeing Playford forfeit their A's and flogging Rosies in the B's, probably could've got away with it if they didn't drop Lubcke down there.

Well if that was the case, we got ripped off, played them last week and lost while everything was under investigation.
I have heard that Playford weren't so lucky at the tribunal, 6 players suspended ranging from 1 to 16 matches.
