He's been unavailable on Saturdays for a while now, we were hoping he was back the week before last but hasn't happened yet, he's been a huge loss for us, him Scotty are a great bowling partnership then to have Ledge and either Shano or Raed next up keeps the pressure on.
Bowling partnerships are more important than batting partnerships IMO, either way though, we've struggled on both accounts.

Not long for the big game now... its about now when sibb is thinking..i will just try and see jimmy off and then attack...but in that time 16 overs will pass 5 wickets will fall and the score will be around 50...so maybe the best way to defend jim will be attack him? ...gotta try something diff after being dismissed 9 out of the last 10 times from him i guess..cause i am pretty confident in saying that jim will be on as soon as sibb walks out...cant wait to just quietly walk past the great man as he says 2 centres please ump...

The old ledge has still got some good shape and not a bad effort ball either for a old timer..

Salisbury West vs One Tree Hill

EM do you know somethin about the salisbury west, or OTH side that we dont? surely One Tree Hill would be at long odds to get a win in this game havin being bowled out for 54 against Angle Vale, then failing to defend 212 on a slow ground up the hill.

He's gotta make up some ground somewhere, it wont surprise me if they got up, form seems to count for very little.

correct weight and all clear 8)

Catchit it is the same Sean OBrien from Salisbury North. He is now the GM of 5AA, he was on the radio last night giving Cornesy a serve.

I was only talking to Anthony Heinrich another ex Salisbury Nth player last week about OB and his favourite saying when he got a wicket was "just like shelling peas"

Best bowler I've ever faced in PDCA.

Played against him in my second ever Grade 1 game when I was 14.... It was Mark DeJong and the Elizabeth boys in my debut.

Oz I dont think M DeJong had the same pace as OB, Col or G North but was still a good bowler. Maybe its because I had to face DeJong in the nets every week.

Glen and Col were a level above OB and Mark in the pace department for sure. And OB above Mark....but Mark still pushed them through....particularly when I was 14 LOL.
