I don't think the result of R2 should worry us Mott backers.

Pegus 2 pts, has lots of rides coming but that was his best one.

Graham Peter 6.75
225730 Spriggs Dale 5.00
225731 Hull Jake 7.00
225732 Thurlow Scott 8.75
225733 McLellan Darryl 34.00
225734 Schmidt Priscilla 9.50
225735 Peisley Danny 13.00
225736 Any Other Indiv. Jock (Tar) 2.55

Good find with AOJ boys but I reckon that's a big over-reaction to go into $2.55

Great start for AOJ but a long way to go and a lot of bullets to 'dodge' (pardon the pun).

A little bit of hard luck there.

15m from the post, Mott was 1st, Yendall 4th.

At the line, Yendall 1st, Mott maybe 3rd.

Why was Yendall overlooked? Started at $7.50, out to $12 after race 1? Where did we go wrong?

Good point. His ride in the first wasn't flash.

Especially considering I thought Yendall should've been around $4 before R1.
Got caught up in the excitement of Mott's price.
