I got a single off of him and said to our umpire - well thats the first run I have scored off an international bowler - Sleepy turned and said to me - will be your last as well - next ball I faced off of him I hit for 6 - Good Times![]()
however he can still hold a bat but in Grade 8 running half way down the pitch trying to turn one's into two's like you would at a much higher level was a bit over the top
Grade 8 there should be a rule 6, 4 or 1 only
I like that rule!
It is pretty much our rule when we bat
well mine anyway - would rather walk 1 then run hard to get two
