I agree, enjoy the experience and you may learn something from a guy who has played cricket at the highest level.

I enjoyed batting against him because he bowled crap
I got a single off of him and said to our umpire - well thats the first run I have scored off an international bowler - Sleepy turned and said to me - will be your last as well - next ball I faced off of him I hit for 6 - Good Times
however he can still hold a bat but in Grade 8 running half way down the pitch trying to turn one's into two's like you would at a much higher level was a bit over the top

Grade 8 there should be a rule 6, 4 or 1 only
