at 3/278 off 43.2 I would think 320 would be the least they are after here. 350 is still a chance.

yardy bowling bloody well at the moment.

Englands tactics are weird. they have no idea what they should be doing at the moment.

Still think Prior is the biggest wanker in world cricket

2 quick wickets and Yardy is on a hatrick, 305/5

How is Yardy on a hat trick when Bresnan took the second wicket? :?

My mistake, mixed up when they cut back to a replay of the Yardy wicket.

Brilliant bowling from Tim Bresnan, probably saved us another 30 runs with the way he bowled that over.

India finish on 339
Probably about 20 short of what they should have got, good fightback by bresnan and england. Earlier on they bowled too many all you can hit buffet balls. Kept bowling short and field placings terrible, strauss has had an ordinary world cup he doesnt have much of a clue about field placements. Will be 100 too many for the poms.
Anderson worst figures ever in wc for an englishmen 9.5 overs 1/91 :D

i find it hilarious that Prior and England talked their chances up of going all the way in the world cup.

The ashes fielding looks to be a once off, because their fielding in the WC so far has been nothing short of amateur level. Anderson is far from a good ODI bowler, let alone the front line bowler. Most runs ever conceded by a pom in a world cup game - well bowled jimmy.

England will be lucky to get to 250 IMO. (i could eat these words, but they are an absolute rabble at the moment), and i believe it starts from Strauss' captaincy. He is not the most tactical captain going aroudn at the moment in ODI cricket. The use of of his bowlers were a bit weird IMO

Just got back from the casino, seems half the Indian population of Adelaide is there watching the game tonight. Very vocal in the support of Mr. Tendulkar

Good to see some banter in the commentary box.

Chawla to Strauss, FOUR, Tendulkar makes a mess at fine-leg. It was swept to left of him, he had reached well in time but went down so slowly with his left hand and just didn't stop it at all. Poor effort says Atherton, "must be tired after his batting effort," says Sunny! Ooh la la!

2/229 need 111 off 16 overs

Bell on 51 (46) Strauss on 118 or so at above run a ball.

If they win, it will be a great chase. As I said earlier, India needed both Strauss and KP out before they got to 100 as a team for them to win. Enclaves batting will again hide the fact that there bowling and fielding are woeful at the moment

funny game

india looked like getting near 350+

england were in cruise control and then collapsed and then a big 6 in the last over got them back in the game

really did have it all, with ebbs and flows
