Its generally regarded at the club by those who would know that Laverty and Waterhouse were the quickest bowlers to play for the Lodge.

Just had a look at H Heffernan's stats - 4 senior games, 4 innings 261 runs 1 hundred and 2 fifties at 62.00.

thats an unbelievable start, but I would like to see a bit more longevity than just four games before nominating someone as the clubs greatest batsman.

Yes, good to rest it now, especially someone who bowls so many overs. Would want it right before he embarks on his 20-25 over marathons. If R&C don't have Jimmy, they won't win the flag. Dont start on about that they didnt have him last year, because they had Feltus.
