sat behind the leader, had the opportunity to come out, sit 3 wide with cover and then run past them in the straight out wide

he almost tried to go for a run between horses before the leader rolled off the fence and he darted through the on rails

no need to ride for luck when you dont have to imo

yes I agree he knew he had the horse-power

so my reasoning is by having that horse-power why rely on luck

Interesting that his strike rate at the track isnt flash, 6 wins from 62 rides and 16 rides since his last win, hope he does open short
