To be honest I cant see why they would do it? I can appreciate that there will be some Div 4 sides that will not have a C grade, but couldnt they fill these spots with clubs D grade? Our D grade looks like they will be in C5, would really make no difference to us if we were in C4 i would have thought. either way we would be playing against mostly C grade sides.

Thats what I would have thought Tex. The concept of alligning a clubs C grade against teams there A and B grade play against works a treat. Helps make clubs C grade teams feel more part of the club when they can play triple headers and have the full support of the club watching instead of having to play with quite often limited resources and support.

Maybe you should talk to your connection with exc com. because he could not care less about it, he thinks clubs will talk to other club into having triple headers even if there a/b do not follow. Sounds like a lot of clubs are upset with draw from c1 to c6, maybe all the clubs should vote it out. Do the clubs run the league or do the league do what they tnink will be easier for them to work it out?

i cant understand why someone wouldnt want triple headers for there club... its a win win for everyone, except for some of the c graders who have to be at the ground by 930...

Because maybe if the top 5 sides from last year where not in this grade there side would have a chance to make finals at least!

You're right about "some" of the C graders getting there at 9.30am. Most of ours don't!!! :-)

The triple headers we had last year, we played after the A grade anyway, it was good for us because we had a decent amount of people watching our game. We played one game in the last two seasons at 10:15, the 09 Grand Final! Had no bearing on the result but hated starting at that time to be honest.

Triple header first up SD? Either A's or C's under lights?

all of plymptons triple headerswere early except one... the final were later and one was a different day... qualifying final was at 1215 on a sunday, 2nd semi was at 215 on a sat. the gf was at 230 at a very random oval.... they had no effect but it was very different... compared to the higher grade which obvious has set times which don't change..
