well only one game appeals today as both teams will be fielding close to full strength teams, the other 2 games are just reserves clashes...Essendon I expect to be to quick and slick for Carlton, only thing that worries me is that Pagan has always liked to do well in the preseason, but so does Sheedy and they are the better side.

Carlton/Essendon

well after seeing some of the brisbane/saints game tonight, i would think whoever plays the winner of that game would be a good bet next week as they were atrocious conditions tonight & with travel added they could be very leg weary
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Well this is the bet Ive been eyeing off all week, Freo are up for this and killed WCE in this game last year...how fair dinkum are WCE going to be coming of a shorter preparation they will just be in 3rd gear I would think....Freo will see this as another great opportunity to conitnue their dominance against them and have nearly a full side in...a massacre would nto suprise here...

Freo -23.5 over WCE

Freo should account for WCE, but there is no value in the game.

Heres one for you punk -

Hawthorn and Freo to win
Multi
$30- @ $2.15
to return $64.50

I agree Punk but to offset the line you have the Super goals which can be line killers.....its an interesting arguement, Id rather play less $ and play the lines for value rather than back straight up and have to outlay more $

I just missed the Crows bet that would have won in DOughty had kicked straight with a minute to go...disspointed with my Essendon pick as I know Pagan always gets his teams up for the preseason cup so should have been on the Blues line there

good / luck result dutchy... double up on Freo -14.5 today @ $1.90 - Kanga's beat a team of kids last week and West Coast at least fielded a half decent team.. they will kick the roos today (i know you support them)

Dutchy's Record after Week 3 NAB Cup
3-6
I $330-
R $290.10
P -$40.10

well Im down $40- but looking through my records Ive lost $100- on beting against Carlton so far....well in a vain attempt to right the ledger here Im backing them tonight!!! Main reason is Brisbane's 4th week on the road going Bris>Cairns>Bris>Melb>Bris>Melb>Bris>Melb in the last 3 weeks!!! AND there last 2 games have been at the DOOM!!!! (que Mal) there legs must be weary...Pagan will want this win for the fans where Matthews wont be fussed, Brown wont play the full game and Bradshaw is out...

Carlton -3.5
