GARY RAWLINGS
--------------------

Northern trainer RAWLINGS was involved in a car accident on his
way to the Wednesday doggys.
I was told the car rolled but the extent of the accident or any injury is unknown.
Hopefully he is OK.

LISA RASMUSSEN
--------------------

Looks like she is getting the WHEELER trash for the time being.
She has 4 new dogs in Monday night.
The trash and form are :
R1-9 TOKEN DE FIRE 5837
R3-1 PRITCHARD BALE 6363
R9-1 BOWMAN FLEX 5557
T9-7 DELITE BALE 4564
All ex Victorians as usual low grade ordinary greyhounds.
The sort of dogs that will do nothing to stimulate the SA industry.

I do not necessarily condone the purchasng of Interstate dogs.
I dont mind when a trainer obtains one or two here and there.
I dont mind when the dogs are of reasonable ability.
But when trainers get into a production line of purchasing multiple
dogs that are limited in ability and are over raced and burnt out, that I dont like.
From a punting perspective lining up form is too difficult.
When JOVANOVIC/MURRAY/PAYNE and other good trainers get good dogs over
that is acceptable.
When we are infested with WHEELER garbage that is degrading the industry.

PREVIEW
----------
R2-2 SLIPPERS RUN will drop out and run on hard, pity NTD but try EW
R4-4 DEPLOYED 1-2-3 will begin OK so might get a run through behind them PLACE
T5-5 LASERS FORCE chases these days ???? anyway good QUIN/EXACTA dog

Mal Lasers Force is a tad iffy and from memory may have a ticket for FTP but is better than these ...Marrakai only danger Treble 5/346/128 for a few units ...... Skipalong Susie good each way bet ...not the best dog in the field but loves box 8 and does have early toe... Jacko's Victory also an eachway chance in race 10 ...... Ordinary fields and no Rooney .... Have they already had their final runners ???? Its a shame cause the team was going well ...... got a feeling i know what happened but would love to know the real story !! Anyone want to fill me in ??

'OBLIGATIONS

Trainers are reminded of their obligation to advise Stewards of any condition or occurrence that may affect a greyhound during the running in an Event in accordance with rule R30(3)(a) which reads:

R30(3)(a) The trainer of a greyhound drawn for an Event shall ensure that the greyhound is fit and properly conditioned to race, and shall report to the Stewards as soon as practicable any condition or occurrence that may affect its running in the Event.'

that was in Kennel Capers, quite interesting really considering what happened in january in which the KF can maybe elaborate a bit more for us.

Matthew Payne

the interesting thing is who will win the title now that ROONEY has vacated the position.

Will it be L. Rasmussen charging from 30 behind or will it be another trainer who is on the leaderboard????????
