Can't wait now that i'm finnaly free this weekend, got a feeling it may be a draw again. Will the Bays fans celebrate again?

Interesting to see whether the teams opposite preperations leading into the match will affect both sides.

Glenelg coming off a bye and Central coming off a 5 days break. Great programing SANFL!

Probably would have been better having the bye this round instead of round 1 but we'll be right whufc.

Are you serious, i have no problem with when the ANZAC Day game was played but did they have to program them to play a team coming off a bye when they could have played any other of the 6 sides who played over Easter.

For a start CD have a 6 day break, Port had a 4 day break last week!

In 2010 both Glenelg's games at Elizabeth were off 6 day breaks and in Round 12 this year we head there again off a 5 day break.

Now who is complaining? ;)

Its rubbish whenever it happens, no matter what team it happens to, the SANFL should be made accountable for producing such a terrible draw.

Having teams play with a 4 day break is almost an OH&S issue.

Is that 5 day break after the Queens Birthday public holiday game which Glenelg have requested?

I would not see the fact Glenelg had the bye last week as a big problem, particularly if you look at the form of sides the week after they have had the bye:

Round 2: We lost to West by 11 goals after the Round One bye
Round 3: The Eagles got hammered by Sturt after the Round Two bye
Round 4: West effectively did not have a bye in Round 3 as they played in the Foxtel Cup.

I sure don't mind playing Glenelg after the bye! ;)

Cheers

I would be very happy if my team played the team that had the bye every week. Although I think it loses it's voodoo in the later half of the year.
