Kerr has burned me previous years but i think he looks back to 100%

I don't have Grimes but I will be off loading Curnow for Swan.

Losing Gibbs & Duigan in backline will hurt me this week, but will put my faith in Batchelor to step up. (got 98 last week)
Will wait one more week to decide on Defender downgrade (Duigan on the cull list)

With Judd having a spell, I will be relying on Iles as a starting mid so shaky ground for me this week.

All i want to do is off load my under performing crows

My MIDs are one premium away from full strength.. Judd, Selwood, Boyd, Swan, Watson, .........

Once tapscott, Darling, Mckernan moo i will be able to fix up my forward line (please Nicky Riewoldt start performing)

According to SuperCoach pro the Curnow to Kerr was one of the top tens which means a lot of coaches are doing that one.

As for the REBCats...

MY BACKLINE IS ROOTED.

The end.

:(

ps - WLF Batchelor has one of those band aid things on him.

regards,

REB

I'm surprised more people aren't going sideways on Grimes. There's so many premium backliners that are down on form at the moment that I reckon you can get away with it.

I'm leaning towards doing that and keeping my banked funds to upgrade Curnow to Griffin.

With Pederson out, Hibberd an emergency, Puopolo last on an extended bench, methinks I'll hold off on downgrades in defence. Far too risky to bring any of them in. With Jacobs making his debut for Port, he is a much tastier prospect in a couple of weeks.

Downgrade options pretty slim everywhere this week. Perhaps the best option is to hold tight, keep the trades, cross the fingers and hope for some luck this round.

I have decided to go with

Grimes - Newman

Curnow - ROK.

Will be able to do some more down grades the next few weeks if I Smith and B jacobs hold their spots i think they will be the best options at this stage.

OK think about your pre season preparation.

Who did you have as your AA Grade rookies and then were put off for injury or illness or even those that have still not made a mark for some reason or another.
I know Smith and Jacobs were top of my list.
So I will take the Grimes downgrade in each of my three squads to Jacobs because I would have had him at the start anyway (justifying the hours of research). And Yes I know he will be a sub this week but it is the longer term view, only Round 8.

Smith comes in next week as he will also help my MPP’s strategy hugely.

Glad that I had Kerr from round one in DT, pondering whether to upgrade him to SC also and trade out Tambling to do so. Also need to consider how much David Swallow has left to increase, and whether to trade him out.

How does Harris being out this week affect your thoughts?
As I think a lot have both in the midfield.
