Believe it was a person in the car park wielding a Samurai sword according to the same status. A person not related to the club. As is usually the story. Shame because the club is trying hard to rebuild it's reputation. Might have to get on the phone to me grandad and find out the real story though ay haha

Like to thank the Hectorville players and supporters that came back for a coldie after the game.

Good day at Hicks Park yesterday, nice to get back in the winners circle but have to give credit to the Heccies players for a very good comeback in the last quarter.

Also like to add that Heccies supporters seemed to enjoy our reasonably priced alcohol and food, well done people great effort.

Good game, but a disappointing result at Jet Park yesterday.

Umps were fine, but when pretty interesting decision gave Scotch the match winning goal. An Unley player smothered the ball with his head, got KOed and fell onto the kicker who was awarded a F.A.D.. The Scotch player proceeded to slot it through from 40m out on the boundary line. First free kick I've ever seen against a player who wasn't conscious.

Terrific night at Kilburn on saturday night and thanks to Pulteney for sharing in our dreamtime game. Very hard fought competitive game till the 3rd quarter when Kilburn kicked away for a very good victory. Yes there was a police presence during the evening due to some wankers in the carpark having nothing else to do but the aftermatch show, awards and auction was terrific. Kilburn will only improve on their first 5 games and will be very competitive in the second round.

Game out at Argana Park went with the wind all day, was a gale blowing to the southern (clubroom) end. We had it in the first quarter, went in 6 goals to 1 up at 1/4 time. Elizabeth fought back and kicked 4 goals to 2 with it in the second quarter. Third quarter we played some of our best footy for the year, kicked 8 goals to 1 and went in 10 goals up at 3/4 time. Elizabeth came home in the last and kicked four goals to 1 but the game was pretty much over.

Top work to the EFC for their hospitality after the game, easily the best we've had at any opposition club in the league (Greenacres do it well too). We'll have to raise the bar a bit come the back nine.

Ah Jetters you must have been the player concussed. Spoke with a few Scotch boys and 1stly they admit getting out of jail thanks to a wayward kick. BUT The last goal was from a player marking all on his own 30 out from goal. The one your talking about was the 2nd to last goal.

Never let the facts get in the way of a good whinge I say
