edited by Mod team, 4 for a penny at Mrs Macks Deli back in the early 60's.

She had the best selection of lollies and you could get a very, very good size bag for a sixpence :D

The line up would be about 30 at a time at lunchtimes. :D

Pfffttt, who had a sixpense often back then.

No Bull, she had one of those petrol pumps that you had to pump a handle, to fill a big glass ball on top and then put the hose in your tank.

Nostalgia.

I think a buttered bush biscuit was a penny hapeney in the school canteen.... ;)

I never seen a biscuit that big ever before.
