Agree with you DK. Did Brahma have a full squad of players?

Doubt they were anywhere full strength but had players coming on and off the bench so had enough. Just got HV on a very full day. Im sure Scotty and the boys will be hoping the same will happen closer to September as we will be pretty hard to stop if that is the case. 8)

Our C grade umpire Dario is one of the best going around. A pity some of the leagues umpires aren't up to the same standard. I reckon lately our club umpires have been better than the panel umpires we've been getting.

Haha after reading these forums for a while I can finally put a face to your name Woody. I was playing in that game wearing number #2 if i remember right...

Dario is always good to be honest and its annoying too because sometimes i wish he would give us an extra free here or there like some other club umps do

I though the game was umpired extremely well and in the end Plympton were just far fitter than locks. I didnt help we couldnt kick it past the giant at CHB. Look forward to playing them again when our team gets a bit more size and alot more legs

Haha!!! that is i... Number 2, if i recall you roved the ball awesomely then kicked the wrong way??? you did get the 1 vote from the umpires... you played really well, had a crack all day... was a good game to umpire, except for sending off one of your players, but when you swear at a 1000 decibles in fromt of the crowd were kids are i didnt have much choice. he had a fair bit to say all day that bloke  ..

yeah thet bloke sitting a CHB is a gun, was or is an A grade ruck men, reckon he took bout 20 odd mrks for the day... i personally think PFC will give there back back efforts a big shake this year and at full flight they will be hard to stop, from what ive seen.

The fitness levels in PFC forward line is what separated the two sides i reckon. I couldnt imagine many of those guys up forward getting beaten in a foot race.

I think Lutherans will beat north haven this week. From what I've seen they are a more skilled team than nort haven.
