Marble Range finished 3rd in 05 and have since lost several leading players. We are faced with two options. One is to sit on our hands and spend some time finishing 4th or 5th. The second is to be proactive in recruiting and try to maintain our position of the last 10 years as one of the top performing teams in this league. We chose the latter, no brainer really.......

That rule only applies for finals RR or for when Tod River only had a B grade. Are you trying to say that once someone plays 3 A grade games they can't be dropped to B grade even if their form is terrible?? Shit, hope my form doesn't get too bad, I'll have to sit the rest of the year out!!

For the record, the rule states that a player can only play B grade finals if two out of their last 3 games were played in the B grade competition. If a club has both sides playing in the finals you can pick anyone, anywhere, regardless of recent matches.

Checking the costitution won't help either, I think we have a constitution. Watch out for RR everyone, he's a real bundle of knowledge!!

panther, the official ruling on the round was a bye (A) so the same rule applies as to finals and TR. Youre wrong again and your a CHEAT!

I am saying they cant be dropped on a week where the A grade have a bye. Thats what the rule says , maybe you should read it.
How do you see the rule bystander? In black and white. Have they cheated?

Its a once off situation and Im sure Skinny wasnt aware of the rule.... I have checked up and if a player has played his last 2 of 3 games in the Agrade (if he plays 2 As and 1 Bs then he's fine, but he missed the last match and his two previous games where in Agrade) so..... he is ineligible to play Bgrade. Correct RR the A grade was declared a bye therefore the rule applies according to the assoc. Going on his form and not knowing the rule ....nothing further will come of it.... Honest mistake ... move on... dont think you can complain RR playing Hogan and Okker (altho Yes they were allowed to play under the rule beacause they hadnt played in any of the last 3 games).
btb/rossco..... KS 66 kg.... what do you reckon? Still wins although S Mont will be aboard? See A Forster after seeing the Open distance Hcp has put Making THe Road in..... track gallop!!! Boy John same weight as Yarterbery in the class 2 WTF?!?!?! 58.5 kg in a class 2 think the handicapper wants to back it!! SHOULD BE AT LEAST 60KG IN THAT field!

Does the rule still even exist now that Tod River has an A grade and apart from this one off situation there are no byes in A grade? At the worst it is a mistake we have made, hardly cheating or dishonest as your captain was.....what do you want done RR, take the points off us, nup, can't do that, play on..........
