Just saw a photo from the Kilburn v Salisbury game. How is it that one of these sides wasn't wearing a clash guernsey?

For some reason they both wore the away no clash strip. The photo was taken in the reserves game.
. Kilburn wore their white with black V and Salisbury wore their away gear (?)

We wore our clash strip in the A Grade and looked good I thought. Not sure why the 2s didn't wear them.

Well done to Unley yesterday at Thebby, to good in all 3 grades, however the B grade are lucky as they get to have 19 on the ground each week, that #uckin maggot is a dead set cheat!!!! he sent Elizabeths captain off for a bump and then a red card cause he questioned the send off (as captain i thought he could) then a Eagles player has his head down over the footy and gets hit front on and lays this poor young lad out and yet when asked why the unley player isnt sent off aswell he said because he had the footy!!! WTF glad this knob wont be umpiring during the finals as all he does is spoil the game and frustrate players and supporters.

Just with the speculation about trying to get Bourke back and it was mentioned the club would be looking in a different direction next year I wondered if that ment dasher was on the move, its a big ask coming to a club with guys leaving, up against it from the start.

We've played them both twice now and I rate Salisbury alot higher then scotch, maybe part of that is a biased opinion cos I like the way Salisbury play, scotch play the stereotypical college brand of footy which is frustrating, Salisbury are much harder at it, i think they're ahead of scotch come finals time.

Hey Test, how do you rate Kilburn with those 2 seeing as you have played them twice for a similar result?

I think they'll play finals and have a real chance, wasnt surprised they beat Salisbury the week before playing us, the chics have a good blend of experience, youth, pace, probably lack a little height but it certainly was no issue against us both times!!!

Interesting runs home for the top six, with most playing the teams around them. Elizbaeth should miss the drop provided they can beat Fitzroy, while WOS can still stay up if they win all 3, or 2 out of the last 3 if Pulteney don't find another win.

Salisbury - Elizabeth (H), WOS (A), Fitzroy (H)
Scotch - Unley (H), Kilburn (A), Hectorville (H)
Hectorville - Greenacres (H), Pulteney (H), Scotch (A)
Unley - Scotch (A), Greenacres (A), Kilburn (H)
Greenacres - Hectorville (A), Unley (H), Pulteney (A)
Kilburn - Pulteney (A), Scotch (H), Unley (A)

Elizabeth - Salisbury (A), Fitzroy (A), WOS (H)
Pulteney - Kilburn (H), Hectorville (A), Greenacres (H)
WOS - Fitzroy (H), Salisbury (H), Elizabeth (A)

I'm not sure how it will effect us, the fact is we need to win all three. None of them are just gonna roll over and give us a win, so I'm guessing we'll all still be just as sore after Round 18 as every other team is.

Fitzroy will have Dasha coaching again next season as he has a good bunch of 15-20 year old kids he is working with.

Glenunga will have Bourke coaching against his former club in Div 5 next year (if they can make it & dont go out in straight sets again in this years finals).

Nelson is injured but hopefully back this week or next.

Hart is retiring & will be playing his final A Grade game for the club against Elizabeth in the triple header at home which is also sponsers day.

The Roys to knotch up their first win of the year over WOS this weekend.
IT'S US AGAINST THEM!!!
