Glenunga will have Bourke coaching against his former club in Div 5 next year (if they can make it & dont go out in straight sets again in this years finals).

Nelson is injured but hopefully back this week or next.

Hart is retiring & will be playing his final A Grade game for the club against Elizabeth in the triple header at home which is also sponsers day.
The Roys to knotch up their first win of the year over WOS this weekend.

How old is he RL??
That name will always haunt me as he kicked 11 aginst us (Adel Luth) to win the GF in 2007, was unbelievable. Marked everything and couldn't miss!
Been a great player for Fitzroy..

Congrats to Benny if he does retire, had a pretty good career.

RL, have you heard anything our Round 18 game becoming a twilight/night fixture now that our lights are up and running?

A little bit has been said on here about the ufc b grade umpire but i dont have an issue with the individual himself , my issue is with the club who continues (for years apparently ) to put him on the field totally understanding that what they are doing is totally undermining the integrity of everything that is australian rules football , unley football club you will never get any respect from me !!

Our B grade umpire is an honest guy and a fair umpire, I'm not going to bother getting into what other clubs have as B grade umpires.
However Custardarm, it is the first year he has umpired in at least the last 4, so you may consider yourself misinformed.

FWIW, the worst I've seen this year has been Scotch's, but we'd rather get a game and win than not have one at all.

Probably a bit fairer for you guys though, custard's not the only one that has pointed this out. Custard is one of the fairest and honest rival footballers I've ever met.

Now you mention it I was at Westminster on they weekend and I would hate to see the 2's against Unley. Possibly a close second to the biased Unley Umpire

I can't comment on the games I don't see. Only saw 3 games last season and 3 thus far as well. However I think I know of the one you are talking about, is/was a tribunal panel member...

The one from the weekend is normally pretty good. Doesn't try to make obvious even up decisions like some club umpires do.
