WCP, under 9's preview's could be your new thing.

Rangers win by a few.

Heard WFC deep in the last had not scored a goal after quarter time...

I spoke with my WFC contact and Waybacks had the whole spine of the side out apparently. Sampson, Kelly, Craggsapsford, Konitzka and more. He said the effort and skill level after 1/4 time had not been since the Boston sides of the early 2000's. He said he was embarresed to wear his Demon tracksuit top  and hoped the Horgan appologised in the Times on Tuesday  . It must have been some performance from the WFC

Maybe the WFC should have listened to me and approached Clarke to coach?

Who won at mallee park oval?

With all due respect daicos, souths had just as important players out in Castley, Williams and Cummings. Lakins job on Keats was one of the best you'll see, as was dunns on kelsh.
Souths pressure round the contest was the major fact in the upset. These things happen from time to time and it would be disrespectful to take the credit from souths

On an unrelated note, well done to Ky Richardson in Boston's two's... 6.2 out of as team score of 6.4
Wonder if Bluey will notice him... ;)

From what I saw at MP oval with the game in the balance there was only 1 MP player who could win it for them in the last 1/4 and it was M Miller. He was everywhere, centre clearnaces, baulking and kicking long goals. Tasmans should have shut him down but chose not to and paid the penalty. That was poor coaching plain and simple.
The sledging he received from the Tasman supporters near the bench only seemed to fire him up in the last and he won the game of his own boot. Tasmans would be advised to tell Craig Bascombe to shut his trap given the inspiration Miller got from his continual ribbing
As much as I dont like M Miller he won them the game single handedly, continually turning to the supporters and laughing at them.

A few Tasman supporters were annoyed that Semmler is putting his personal plans before that of the TFC recently and beleive he is getting paid good money to coach and play and should be there doing that. I thought that was a little harsh but I am not open to why he has been unavailable recently.

Looking forward to a great battle for second spot when Tasmans play Waybacks

Thanks to all who turned out on Friday night. We value your support.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Sorry I tend to disagree on the "just as important players out". I had a coffee with my contact this morning and you can't compare Sampson, Kelly, Craggsapsford, Konitzka and Kay to Castley, Cummings and Williams? My contact told me Williams played and was one of Souths better players and kicked 5 goals?
He did also say Kelsh can hardly run at the moment and is trying to body players out instead of leading and being that elusive forward that he has been so good at previously. No doubting his class but he is finding it difficult to have an impact on games while at this fitness level.
I am not taking any credit form South, I think they have some great young talent, but waybacks did have excuses. However my contact thought after the coach bashing and passing of a club legend during the week that some parts of the WFC game may have been better.

I believe that CS being unavailable at this point was known well in advance, and in fact was posted on this site.

I don't think that piece of trolling merits much response.

Daicos I'm not disagreeing about the calibre Waybacks had out, but in relation to the respective sides souths outs were just as iimportant to their structure. it was Damon Williams I was referring to. So in short I agree about Waybacks being better players but they should have the depth to cover them

bit to report old school although it is hard for me to judge considering my invlovement. i think yeel are doing well but they do have a full list to chose from most weeks. ramblers got done yesterday by tumby. they were minus scott blacker, g pedler and roosta micken (may have a acl knee) and parker was crook although tumby has a long injury list also. as for us we had 8 first choice players out yesterday againest lock, including hazelgrove (fractured leg), phin, gregory, two turnballs, sam myers and won well. injuries are playing a huge role for clubs at the moment. ramblers still the team to beat.

No disrespect intended media park just stating what a long time member said that he thought they may come out and really put in a solid hard performance, not what they dished up apparently.

That is great win by u guys considering the injuries. Lock are a good young side but can't afford to get injuries. Haza is a big hole for u guys as is Luke turnbull. He gives u guys first use of the ball and does all the grit work. How is dougie doing after his knee. The one thing I have seen this year is the amount of young kids coming thru. It is exciting at tumby just the sheer number of kids around at training. With some real skill coaching gffl should see more and more from lathe go to Adelaide. Did u hear much on the tumby game, also any news at all from eagles saints
