Took a big hit. $30 billion wiped from investor accounts.

The worst performing stocks are those connected with the US dollar. It's a wait-and-see on the recovery of the US economy.

I think we'll be one of the few who weather the storm. Resource sector will remain stable as much of it is linked with Chinese economic expansion, but the non-resource sector will be vulnerable.

The AU dollar dropped primarily because of interest rates not going up.

Crikey ain't 'crackpot' mate. It's about the only media outlet keeping politicians and journalists accountable in this country.

Yes. Andrew Bolt started at about 200,000 watching his show. It's now down to about half of that.

st, I thought we had a deal about not making statements of opinion as fact.

Given that, I'm sorry, but to say this is the worst government in the history of Australia by a mile just shows a total lack of knowledge of politics and is just repeating rants by ignorant, anti-government commentators.

If you disagree, give us some facts and figures to back up your argument. Discuss the McMahon goverment and others to show what you mean.

Otherwise, stick to facts and don't insult us with such peurile statements.

Please :)

This thread is about Andrew Bolt, not the Federal Government.

All you have posted st is a load of of parrot line phrases with no facts.

You have no idea about government deficits, fiscal policy, GDP, or any other financial or political measure.

You have no idea about how elections are conducted and what transpired after the 2010 election to allow the present government to form government.

I don't really care what your political ideology or beliefs are ... that's a matter for you.

Repeating really poor slogans bagging politicians like an energiser bunny seems to be your only claim to fame.

All the best to you for a life of ignorance and political illiteracy.
