crows first quater they looked the goods, running in numbers through the corridor. not sure if it was their decision (i doubt it) to stop that, or it the catters became aware of this and stopped it happening so often.

nevertheless, was a great game to watch as a neautral supporter.

Hunt is very suspect under the high ball. Any side should be looking to take him to the square as much as possible I reakon.

Are you guys talking about Josh Hunt who got 20 disposals (6 contested), came 3rd in the 1% for Geelong, used his body really well against taller opponents and made zero clangers for the game?
If so we were watching a different game or watching from a different part of the ground.

Both side ran head to head which made for the great game. The cats got on top in the centre square after qtr time but we managed to open them up on the switch a few times which was pleasing. Geelong are far to efficient to give the them the footy when your under no pressure as we did in the 2nd qtr, we coughed up 5 or so goals from poor skills. After half time we made less mistakes by hand and foot but damage was done. Lonergan took some great defensive marks also.

Geez Vardy is gonna be a cracker, moves across the ground effortlessly!

I thought Taylor saved the Cats time and time again.

As for Hunt...Lol. Petrekno shifted him like it was Andrew Mackie.

Mind you, he can kick a nice torpedo.

Scarlett and Milburn will be two handy returns down back, not to mention Mackie, and, if he gets up, Tom Hawkins...

As was mine but he did well statistically against the Crows. I guess I was fuming too much over the lost contest against Patrenko to notice.
