Sturt had the chance to put forward a report but didnt.

Kirk doesnt have "form" with this type of incident.

Sure does, just that witness silence is, more often than not, a sign of guilt. Though I have received information that the person involved has broken his silence with the SFC, and his version was received well..Well done on coming forward for clarification.

Maybe the PM's could be put on the forum ?

Apparantly Kirk ( yes he was involved for those that thought it was destroying his character) has spoken to Massey at Sturt and Massey has accepted his story and Sturt have moved on. No one has said if Sturt were happy with this or just accepted it and judging by Matt Bensons response recently they may have just professionally moved on.
