No Drug Testing on site, but when I joined I think I signed somewhere you aren't ever allowed to be under the influence during working hours.

In my line of work, if they sacked all the employees who proved positive after drug tests...
Then there'd be nobody left but mouth breathing halfwits & the company would
definitely go down the gurgler!
What you do in your own time is your OWN f'n business!
As long as it doesn't affect your work performance or put others around you at risk!
GO THE GROWL!!!

my previous place of employment had a zero tolerance policy on drugs and in the last couple of years have brought in random drug tests
that was the army, but it still does not deter people from having a go

When I had a medical before I started working at my last job I was drug tested but they never ever did tests of current employees.

Im glad they don't have alcohol tests after some of my lunches!
Must admit when I was a hooligan teenager I rocked up to work after lunch completely stoned once too but noone ever noticed.

Years ago my place of employment was one of the places in Adelaide you could score anything. Most of those types have since taken redundancies.
When originally went for job had to pee in a glass, then again when got forklift and cherry picker licenses. Doesnt matter they will never find illegal substances in me only booze after lunch.

Without doubt, everybody at work would fail if they were tested.

Even then, they'd have to make a monumental stuff up to get the boot.
