......i had a phone call after the match that coach massie stormed out to his car to leave & jon symonds chased him to bring him back.......is this true ? if so is he sending a message ? if true it shouldn't be done that way imho
i wasn't impressed with the thuggery act by a port player in the first quarter, instead of shepperding he came across with a round arm clothsline, he was pinged, i thought the glenelg players should have 'flown the flag' though

luke slattery having a kick with the kids after the game before having a shower i thought was a nice touch for the young port supporters

had a quick chat to young milera, told him he played well, he was very humble & said thankyou in our brief chat

well done port they were too good, we somehow have to change that around in 2 weeks because i have no doubt we'll be playing them & i just wonder how close they could go to the flag if they were able to retain the services of cameron cloke

If true he is starting to come accross as a bit of a sook.

As always, a great day down the Bay, and good to meet some more SAFOOTYERS.

Also was disappointed with the "act of thuggery", as we had the ball and were streaming down the wing.

And a little birdy tells me there may be a couple of phone calls to Cam Cloke over the pre-season to see what he is doing next year.

Can anyone actually confirm if that is true? I've now heard it from 3 different people who don't know one another and all claim to have seen it. Pathetic if true.

I think it's fair to say Massie won't get the gig next year.

A Jarman would be perfect ; got North to a GF from the dark days of Hart , clean skin at the club with no favourites , well versed with Bays " psychosis " , would love the challenge too but could his Ego and Metcalf co exist for the betterment of the club ? Judging by some of Massies histrionics in the last month , its only a job for a very strong character who is super sure of himself ala Ron Fuller or Roy Laird and the game style that has to win Finals , which is priority one I would have thought ! Rookies need not apply here , thats what Id be shouting . ;)

LOL imagine the ego of Jarman coming up against that of Metcalf. I've witnessed the Metcalf ego and abuse first hand. World War 3 would break out if those two came within 5 kilometres of one another LOL.

He's a must get or someone similar to straighten this side up, if they can get 2 key position forwards over the pre-season this team will start to win games against the likes of Centrals.

Put that one in the vault, you're potentially one loss away from playing the Bays in a final ... would you be able to face the next day if you lost to such a so-called rabble with 2 coaches this year and both apparently carp? 8)

Might not happen but food for thought

Ouch. Give it to him both barrels mate, no holding back there. "....one loss away from playing Glenelg in a final"

That'll take the spring out of his step. ;)

Please stop it the Bays as an opponent in September is the best cure for insomnia known to man , I mean seriously you guys deep down dont even really believe and Ive asked Bay supporters myself and the response is usually mixed with exasperation ! Bays and Crows both need a massive clean out top to bottom , but I could be wrong heh
