Didn't play through Injury was my mail from the ground yesterday along with Caudle and Reeves late withdrawals through injury.

Shoes looked home when they got within 2 points in the last quarter with the wind behind them.

Went down with a nasty looking ankle injury early in the 3rd, I think they lost their other ruckman with an ankle in the 1st also.

Was impressed with Flaggies, they could get Brighton at Bice next week on the big deck with their runners johns, jose and the like. I think they lost Gator ?? when golding fell ontop of him, looked KO'd. Also late in the last looked like Smith went off with a Hammy which would help out the Bombers.

On a side note the umpiring was probably the worst I have seen at local level for a final, after watching GSFL the day before, they were miles apart.

Could we be looking at a Flaggies V Morphies GF, who would have thought that a possibility.
I'll tip Brighton V Morphuies at this stage.

I think that most of my thought are becoming true.
Aldinga Have improved
MVP have failed again
Flaggies are waiting to begin there slide
hackham have improved but not enough
c/beach surprise with there failure
marion with at one stage 2 weeks with out a goal
emus are a shadow of themselves but still a danger[/quote]

That's where you went wrong right there ---- laying claim to victory over something that hadn't happened yet.
Nice to see someone happy to acknowledge his mistakes though.
Mine was tipping the Shoes to go all the way this year.

just looking at the fixtures for this week, is there any reason (besides one side having only a six day break) as to why the B grade game between flaggies v brighton couldnt be moved to saturday so that it lines up with their respective a grade sides playing?

Freshy, looking at how your last predictions panned out I am guessing you are putting the mockers on BDOS and Reynella?

Surprising win to Flaggies congrats to them on making the preliminary final!

Both will be fantastic Matches.

Emus were sharp Sat but Vikings were disappointing, too many players waiting outside, will be another Emus - Winey's classic final this week

Brighton seem to be in the box seat now with Flaggys off a 6 day break then the winner of a tough prelim with a 6 day break in the G.F
