My season highlights for 2011

Winning the Grand Final by over 10 goals after losing to NH 3 times during the year
Losing the 2nd Semi Final to NH by 1 point
Luthies knocking out Plympton in the 1st Semi Final
Being handed a home final for the Qualifying Final v Luthies
Prelim final win over Luthies
Keeping Brahma Lodge scoreless in Round 8

Played very well and should be pushing to play at least "b" grade next year.

Would like to see him in the B grade back home to be honest.... ;)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Hey SD, how many games did Slater play in the Cs this season? He's a very good B grader, when I saw him playing on Saturday I was quite surprised to see him out there.

have heard, which you do at this time every year that the whole c grade section will be overhauled
have been told they are pushing for a div 8 with all the clubs with c and d grades being in this but can see alot of problems with this idea even tho i think it is good

hyperthitical question.. if this division stays the same, what would other clubs feel bout playing triple headers against us obviously if our above grades match our c's home games of course? i personally would like to see plympton stay in C5... these are only the thoughts of myself and not the clubs...

From what I hear WUB, if Plympton can't stay in C5 next year they will be putting in a secondary request to allow Hope Vally to come up to C4 with us. So don't fret, you should be ok either way.

Why?

C4
Para Hills
Golden Grove
Plympton
Kilburn
Hectorville
Elizabeth
Unley
Pultney
Adel Uni
All but 2 games (Uni) could be triple headers

C5
Hope Valley
Adelaide Lutheran
North Haven
Kenilworth
Fitzroy
Glenunga
Brahma Lodge
Trinity OS
Adel Uni / FP / Salisbury
All but 4 games (Uni & Trinity) could be triple headers

Obviously teams can change a lot from year to year but:

Hectorville 6th in C5 in 2010, 4th in C4 in 2011
Elizabeth bottom in C5 in 2010, 6th in C4 in 2011

So that tells us one of 2 things:

1) Both sides improved from 2010
or
2) C5 was a stronger comp in 2010 than C4 in 2011

duncs might be a good one to ask, as he played C5 last year and C4 this year

It was simply a guess using each clubs' A grade side promotion/relegation ideology
