Looking forward to the big one this weekend, if the first final is any indicator should be a ball tearer, the 2 best sides are here with some very much in form footballers running around, I'm certain the Emu's have taken alot away with them from the last 2 encounters and they are obviously my tip, am certain the young fella's have got 1 more in them for the year.

Pretty sure Brighton would've preferred Reynella?

On Reynella i think the window is well and truly closed, have a good B grade but not sure the quality is there to keep up with to top 4 or so teams in the comp? Would expect some retirements as well as some players moving on.

Not only BDOS. There are other sides with a large number of college kids who wanted the Sunday comp. Otherwise they play in MJSFL
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Should be a great game this week with 2 fast paced sides going head to head.
I think Brighton may get over the line with a few more experienced players, and unlike reynella, Brighton dont have a mental hurdle to overcome when playing the emus.
They have beaten them 3 times during the year, each time getting closer, but I think they mite open it up a bit in the big 1.

DTH is this true? After all BDOS were the reason the SFL created a Sunday comp. Hey it may mean that BDOS dont win every sunday b grade flag.

Is this really the case? I know Valleys have had 2 sides playing in U14s and U16s for many years now. They used to play in the main Saturday comp and they would win some and lose some games.
I can see the value of having a "second division" playing on Sundays but not every club treats it like this. Maybe the SFL could clarify how they want this competition to run

Talking Mental hurdles, how many times have Brighton played at Souths home ground in September for how many wins??
And with the player back in Morphett Vale's team that Brighton went crying to the SFL a few weeks ago that he was going to hurt a few of there players maybe it is Brighton who have a few mental demons to deal with on Saturday........

Mind games, you got to laugh. Clubs, supporters, players will be trying everything to get that mental edge for their club this weekend.
Good luck to both clubs it should be a beauty, hope its a good day weather wise & the best team wins.

I don't really care how much you pay them but if you think rigney, sharpe, norsworthy
are not playing for over the money you are either in denial or very naive.

Firstly I would think the emus under 18 coach would take the easy win. He then could finally get that premiership that seems to get away all the time.
And ol man emu you dont have a f###ing clue stop posting sh#t you dont know about your damaging the keys on the keyboard.

Congrats to all winners at the count last night.

For us it was great to see a couple of young lads in Chase Johnson and Dillon Carr taking out the 14 and 16 medals.

BTP, gotta ask the question. Has this been done before?
Also, congrats to Flagstaff Hill FC for winning club of the year.

Heard similar. They may be using their status as a affiliated Metro South Club to gain an advantage as a SFL Club.

The question is, how can they have players registered and playing in both competitions on the same weekend.

Is there anymore news on this, or is it all ok ????

Does anyone know?

If a player has played only 6 minor round matches this season. 3 in the B grade and 3 in the A grade, but has played both finals with the B grade is he qualified to play B grade finals???

4 games in the grade he is playing, is the qualifying mark during the minor round. If qualified in in either team and A's are still playing can drop down to B's.
Sounds like this guy may not have qualified for either, after reading it a couple of times.

See what others think though
