He coached Henley in Div 1 Amateur League to 4th. Yep looks like a good fit to me for where the Bays are at the moment

Given his attitude, commitment, work ethic and as a player and example as a person, and not long out of the game, the Bays have an excellent opportunity to have someone like this make an impression on their young kids coming through. Pretty sure he was involved in player development and coaching while he was playing, (may have even studied education?).
Him or Ricky McGowan would be ideal, better candidates than those mentioned on that shortlist.
