United, Chelsea and Arsenal have all been carved up already this season, City must be sitting back laughing at the moment.

How can u make a call like that in round 10 of 38? Remember last year? All it takes is a couple losses and it evens back up again

Because City wont lose more than a couple of games. They will win the league by double figures. We will do enough to finish 2nd. The other CL spots are up for grabs. Unless you get your defence sorted out i reckon about a 5th place is as far as you will go. City would have put 8 past both those sides last night. Unless all of us can learn to defend quickly then City will disappear over the horizon

As much as i enjoyed beating Chelski i think they will still be there abouts. If it was around Christmas i would agree...bit early yet

not so sure on the 8. Last week they beat you yes by miles, but they only struggled to get 3-1 against wolves.

Yes they did only score 3 against Wolves but Wolves defended a fair bit better than both London sides last night. Some of that defending was comical last night. If the Chavs and Arsenal have higher aspirations this season they will need to do better than that. City are the only side with a solid defence that is what wins you titles and why the rest of us will be off in the distance

Yeah it seems like players have lost the art of defending, sometimes you just have to get numbers behind the ball, admit you were beaten by a better side and worry about the next game. Too many sides try to chase the game when they are 2 or 3 goals down and then complain when they lose by 5.
Too often defenders try to be too cute and get caught with the ball when they should just pump to ball into the crowd.

I think Andy carroll is a complete dud. May have been good in the north with the toon the season they were in the champonship...but his performances are on par with Torres

On torres last night.....he was miles away like Arteta for us. At no point did both of those players look like they were at stamford bridge

still...when terry scored in the slow mo view of the goal, arteta was standing inside the goal on the back of the net. If he had have been on the post he would have prevented it.

He seemed to be ball watching and i doubt i saw him touch the ball more then ten times

Arsenal looked the better side all game, Chelsea only ever looked ok when going forward. Cech played his worse ever game for Chelsea, Van persie was on fire. we didnt deserve the points.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

I absolutely love this bloke, just looks so calm and relaxed out there like he is in his own world! a class above the rest of Arsenal players, hate to think what Arsenal would be like without him, might find out in the next transfer window
But in all honesty this guy is pure class and he is in some form at the moment!

He's been coming off the bench for the last 10 mins or so. It's hard for him to get a gig when Gervinho is playing so well. I would like the see Arshavin play CM as he does with Russia.

Heard on Fox Sports FC that Van Persie is only 8 goals behind Alan Shearers record for goal in a calender year. There is plenty of games left this year so you'd think Van Persie will set a new record. for the record it stands Shearer 36 Van Persie 28.
