I'm not debating the amount, the fact you want it back....

So if WFC go to Ravendale, where do TFC go?

Was that a clause inserted into the tenancy agreement KWF? I have heard that mentioned before.

why doubt that amount boags?

That is the figure the TFC have branded around for 5 years that they put in. That is the figure they put a hand out for a refund when the council took over ownership. Are you suggesting otherwise?

As a figuresman boags what are your suggestions about the WFC future? Can they remain at Windsor? If not what are the options? I value your opinion.

I'm just picturing it guys...

The 2012 Grand Final has been played, and it's fiery. Players carded, punches thrown, it's an impressive and physical encounter between Tasman and Wayback.
Forget who wins, but what happens next?
Tasman goes back to their club rooms at Ravendale, Waybacks do the same.
After way too many beers, the two meet again...

Problem solved, Ravendale would be torn to the ground... 8)

Looks like an interesting AGM next week at Windsor ave :)
Although if financial viability isnt a problem (according to BTB)
Then I imagine its play on.

I don't think that it has ever been suggested that WFC be co-tenants with the roosters. This would be a total take over or not at all.

We are no different than any other club in PL KWF, in that financially we all struggle but to suggest that we are not viable is scurrilous and smacks of trying to deflect the spotlight from where it should be.

I can confirm it would be a WFC takeover......
From the meeting between WFC and the PLCC yesterday the WFC suggested they would take the upstairs section and Tasmans would take the can bar and canteen (downstairs)

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Im not distracting or deflecting anything BTB if Waybacks want to join Ravendale
thats fine, If they want to use upstairs thats fine but its not a takeover in any way
shape or form. Building in the downstairs infrastructure has already been costed by Tasmans
and presents as a viable option.
As far as the TFC are concerned the more games played at Ravendale the better, who knows
we might get a couple of night games wouldnt that be good.

Is it really that bad sharing with hockey that you have costed building your own section?

The plan is to glass in down below with byfold doors, take up the paving and
concrete the floor, fit a/c and use the canteen as our kitchen, fit lighting and a couple
of tvs and sound system. Minimal wages, wont have to move out when theres a function
minimal additional electricity bills, no worries about steps and stairs, lift maintenance.

Interesting that you put in all that money kwf to the fantastic new premises, the supposed envy of all other clubs, to then now want to move down to the paved area near the canteen
