It can all change very quickly in January / February - Uni could have 7 or 12 teams for a start
It's gone down to D9R before - 1996
I agree triple headers are good, but not if you watch your C team get flogged by 200 points
You can still do triple headers but it will just take a bit more organisation and means it may not be the same 2 teams playing in all 3 games.

What about watching your C team win by 200 points? That's pretty good. Shuffling the C grade comps around is NOT going to stop teams getting flogged by 200 points. Making programming easy and having all your helpers in one spot for clubs is more important IMO

If a C grade team is having a bad year and losing all the time, getting support from the rest of the club would be better than being alone with 2 other clubs watching on with no support whatsoever, wouldn't it?

Good thing is: the clubs will decide which system they want, so, at least, HV get a say

I watched all those nature shows on penguins - I cant tell male from female, other than the males seem to do all of the hard yards whilst the females go off to lunch for 6 months

You will probably find that Goodwood & Smithfield are in D7. Goodies have nominated two sides.

This makes D7 a ten team comp.
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Smithfield may be struggling a bit if you believe the chat. AGAIN wait till March. Probably about the 31st. HaHaHa. Cmon Marbles, Goody Sts are a good club and so is Henley, but you surely can't believe they would match it with the best A grade teams. I understand that SHOC went there 2011 but they were a serious side and would have hammered Saints C's

err henley last time in div 7 played 2 grand finals in a row 08-09

the saints well who knows if they won a flag they must be a fair unit. How theyre able to come up wif a dgrade so soon is real question. As sayin above they ve made a nomination for div7?

The less teams out woop woop the better

so u expect henley C's to be no chance against mitchell A's?

I've heard that a few from Henley's C-Grade might be moving on. Apparently Nick Jones has already signed with a GSFL club.

Anyone can beat anyone on a given day. I would expect Henley to be very good that's for sure. Let's hope the Sainters come in too, I'm with you the less travel the better.

There's actually not a huge difference between mid range div 7 sides and very good c grade sides that goodwood were last year. They had a heap of younger players who had played 1 reserves and some older guys who played lots of div 1. Sides like Tea Tree Gully, Modbury (initially), Henley, Adelaide Uni have moved up the grades as C grade sides and done ok - and I'd expect Goodwood's c1 side from last year to challenge for the lower rungs of the five.
always forgive your enemies...nothing annoys them so much

As with SHOC. Great to see so much youth in these Divvies.

Modbury (C/D) and Flinders Uni finished bottom of Div 7 in 2011. Normally they would be relegated?
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.
