Cheating Indians? Cowan should have been out, would have felt it on the glove, and didn't walk. If the Indians appeal for something stupid, then it can be given not out, but when you're out, you're out... Cowan, gtfo.

You cant be serious

The bloke copped two absolute shockers and then you expect him to walk with a small one on the glove.

NO CHANCE!!!!

The blokes career is on the line, i hope Cowan makes them pay.

nah he's takin the piss surely

Yeah a bit out.
You always hope not to lose a wicket and wipe a bit off and set us up for tomorrow, didnt think he would tee off this arvo.
Some good batting over the next day and a bit should ensure we only bat once

WARNER
Its remarkable Warner plays his shots and gets accolade after accolade
I imagine this IF it happened
Warner plays a shot and gets out for less than 10
This is what I imagined
One or more posters calling him a 20/20 dud
He was about 2 more failures away from getting the snipers active
But this guy is a star, I hope he never plays any different, hes already become a freakish batsman

MARSH
Now I ask
Shaun Marsh played 2 ambitious shots to get out last test
What was said
He was in 20/20 mode , and not ready
How about he played 2 poor shots
Marshy is loose against good new ball bowlers, and is a dead set middle order player in my opinion
But his nature is IF he gets going he does cash in

NIGHTWATCHMAN
According to the C9 team , Siddle was padded up as a night watchman
On recent form, I would have thought Marsh should have been the night watchman ...

INDIA
Ive got my wish
Ive wanted a Test series involving these over rated Indian batters to be played on zing pitches
Tendulkar has stood up
But his mates Sheilawag, Drearyvid and Laxativeman have been missing in action by their standards

STARC
Bowls too well at times, too much movement in the air and the pitch at times
I think of he gets a bag of wickets soon, he will be a good test bowler
He needs to do it 2nd dig because of 4 reasons
Cummins, Pattinson, Lyon and Adelaide Oval

quick left armers that move the ball are hard to find & keep fit, we should look after this kid. got a hell of an arm on him too.

Nothing wrong with the LBW
He has some awesome balls but still a few too many pies but is getting better and better.
Lyon's 2 wickets have been 9 and 11's this series.
Good move by the selectors, Lyon will play in Adelaide

Surely you are deluded Media Park, or have been heavily drinking. If the Indians do no want DRS and the umpires have clearly given Cowan out twice, with two absolute stinkers, then why would he walk. Umpires get paid to give players out or not out and players are there to play for their country, team mates and their careers. There is no way, anyone would walk in that situation. Absolutely ridiculous.

Interesting. It seems what we differ on is what is the best way forward for him, either that or you don't think any of the current spinners are good enough to wear the Baggy Green.

India are either one of the most shambolc touring sides to hit our shores or have been infiltrated by bookies.

I'm not in favour of a four quicks policy but man that is one green wicket. It's hard to see us dropping this after day one but those cracks could have proven a problem if they had gone in with a spinner and we didn't.

Wrong. Starc's natural shape is into the right handed batsman, not slanting across him. I believe he has a future.
