You're right.
Beating the likes of Blackburn at home is pretty important too....

JK wrote:Liverpool have confirmed they arent a big club anymore .. No disrespect to the Potters who I rate, but we just dont have the individual firepower that's needed to beat an organised defensive outfit (who also pushed with meaning on the counter) .. But if you want to be a major player you gotta beat the bottom 12 teams at home.

We suck balls :(

Agree to an extent, but some of the bottom sides do come and park the bus when thy play te 'big teams' to get a reult.
2 banks of 4 at the back is bloody hard to break down whether you're Barcelona, Utd or Madrid.

I say **** Stoke and their anti-football rugby bullshit tactics.

But yes, finishing above your bigger and better rivals ONCE in 20 years i would be gloating also ;)

Surely it's been about 40 years since spurs finished above arsenal

I believe Arsenal do have a song they sing to tottenham - you last one the league in black and white (cant remember the tune)
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

I got up to watch it and Swansea deserved the 3 points. Arsenal look lost without vermalean and I thought miqual was arsenals best by a mile. Watchout for him in the coming years. I said this after watching arsenal shrewsbury town whe. I was in London and I'll say it again, oxlade-chamberlain will be a better player then Walcott. Has better ball control and his passing is more efficient. Would not care if Walcott leaves arsenal

City won 1-0.
Very ordinary effort, Wigan probably deserved a point, dominated the second half just needed to finish.
Still amazed with all the money City have got they still play duds like Milner, Lescott, de Jong and Clichy. If City didnt have Hart, Silva or Aguero they would be a bottom 4 side

Twice in a week we agree.

I reckon Milner is quality.
I reckon Clichy is decent too, but he's not Disco Benny BAE!

Wigan were good for a point. Citeh are looking shaky without the Toure's and Kompany.

The title is Man U's for the taking IMO.
