Was watching that horrific show "Glee" the other night (blame the Mrs) anyway.. there is a gay character on the show.. is this Daniel Jenner from R&C?!?

GUUUUUUTTTEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!

3rd Disloctaion of my shoulder within 2 years. Definatly season and potentially career over. F**k swimming what a f**ked way to do shoulder again, 2nd time doing it via swimming.

Rotator cuff is screwed, ligament damage and seeing the orthapedic surgeon next week to book a time for my reconstruction.

Just gone full time at work as well on a 3 months trial period. Thats screwed now as well.

What a f**king day.
