HIPPY DIET
Ive had enough
Ive had a constant back strain for several weeks
Main attributed reason is coz of my midrift
So I gotta lose weight

Got toooooooo much meat around my hips, hence the hippy diet
Gunna eat like a hippy maaaaaaaan
My intention is to eat 50-75 % of all foods that are a natural form
Fruits and veges will consist a major proportion

Today Ive done by organic shopping at a wonderful certified organic shop
There is a diff between certified organic, and organic
Like Benson and Hedges, only the best will do

If I lose weight it will be Hip Hip hooray

Im also gunna experiment with some new foods and drinks
I will report as a I go along

KOMBUCHA DRINK
Ingredients
Pure Water
Certified Organic Sugar
Certified Organic Tea
Kombucha Culture

Its a mushroom, its fermented
Its a detox drink
Energy Booster

It tastes a bit like champagne [hopefully its an aquired taste]
It was first used a few thousand years ago

Not really listed as a weight loss drink , but its all about healthy body and mind

if you went on it for an hour and went the hardest you could then yes it wouldn't be too bad. cross trainer is what I mainly use, you should come off any equipment and pretty much have no energy left.

After test riding 15 bicycles I've finally got one - the funny part is that I got it by barter.
At one bike shop I overheard discussion about them wanting an automatic coffee machine, and I mentioned I'd won one in a competition recently...
I traded the coffee machine for a bike and accessories to equivalent retail value. 8)

I've noticed that running into my limits on a real bike has increased my motivation to use the exercise bike in the living room in the evenings.
(And my old La San Marco coffee machine works fine, and I prefer it to the automatic one I'd won.)

All good - I had something similar some years ago - but I need something to add interest and motivation, like actually going somewhere.
Pumping my physical image and chasing shallow chicks who relate mainly to appearance doesn't do it any more, and I'm past competitive sport..
