No. Most other clubs would spend much more I would think. Am sure some get something but most just want a great environment is my guess. Don't think you like the Largs boys NM, from memory

Hit the nail right on the head their Yardy, a few have their heads right up their ar$e!!!

Bit harsh there NM. Think if you spent a few nights at Largs with the lads and a few old team mates, you would love the place and you would probably follow them every week and be a member.

I cant comment about the first 2, but i can guarantee you, there was no influence from Port Adelaide on Betteridge and Hales going to Districts. If they told your club there was, they are not telling the truth. I know Jared was offered some money at Districts, and i know Betteridge wanted to go an play as high a grade as possible.

How does Jarred Hales go, sat next to him on the train today. Think he has gone country.

Yes you are correct Duke Hales will play country, not sure where though. (He should of come back to Haven :P after being told to move to Districts by the Magpies.) Wasn't going well at the Magpies this pre season I was told and not really one of Bangers favourite sons either.

Not sure where you get your mail but Jarred Hales wasnt invited to the Port Adelaide pre season this year.

Old Ignatians 15/1

Eastern Park 20/1?!?! Come on we know they had a tough year in divvy 1 last year but to suggest they will be cellar dwellers in divvy 2 is sickening!
They were competitive in games last year with a young squad, and with some of the quality running around from their juniors with a season of senior footy under their belts, I would imagine they will be pushing for finals at worst.

It can happen look at PNU who went back down to Div 2 last season and now have been relegated to div 3 for this season.

Only the top 4 sides will be good and the rest just OK. 4 of the other sides in the middle of the table will be fighting it out for the last spot in the elimination final. Will be reasonably tight at the top though

According to a few of their better players who have stayed this year staying out of relegation will be an achievement.

I would think Walkerville would be much shorter than that. Lets not forget they won 12 on the trot last year and were the team to beat come finals.

I've heard they've only lost a couple and no doubt they will be pretty active recruiting to replace them. A few key players only played a handful of games last year too so that will help. I'm guessing they will be top 3 again
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

No pressure at all NM. Good sides and clubs are not under pressure, as you would know. Just take it in their stride. Hoping to see you this year and sign some membership forms when watching the lads at home games.
