Cant see Capello at Madrid. Reckon he will be back in Italy, Juve or Inter would be my guess.
Mourinho or Hiddink to Spurs if Harry goes

Jose has said he followed spurs as a kid and continues to follow our results with interest.

I doubt he'd come, but with Bale, Modric, Sandro etc, he'd have a good base to work with.

Just finished watching the Spurs replay. What a performance. That's one of the most dominant performances I've seen from Spurs. But like the Liverpool game earlier in the season, Newcastle just didn't show up and were totally smacked in midfield.

Adebayor is back on. It's like the purchase of Saha has put a rocket up him. That performance was nearly a perfect 10 with 4 assists and a goal. He ran everything along with Modric.

Brilliant to see and hear the support for Harry. You could see Harry visibly emotional at the support he was receiving. Honestly, he'd be mad to leave for England. It's the most deadly poisoned chalice of all time. He's going from an environment where he has total support of fans, players and management to the FA FFS.

We want you to stay, we want you to staaaaayyyy, Harry Redknapp, we want you to stay!

Fergie for england

Agreed. They'll need him to whip in assists for NVP

A mate of mine went last night, said Spurs were fantastic.
Got tickets to Spurs v United aswell.
The guy is a massive Spurs fan, has taken his lad over for trials with some premier league and championship sides

Yeah, i havnt been able to convert him to a decent side either ;) He is over there for 4 weeks, doing trials at 5 or 6 clubs so they thought they would go to a few games while they are there.

Spurs are apparantly very close to be taken over by AEG Entertainment. The US company has tabled a £450m bid to buy the club. AEG is one of the biggest owners of sports clubs in the world, they currently are the major stake holder of the MLS and own the LA Galaxy aswell as the LA Kings, LA Clippers and part ownershi of the Lakers. They also own several soccer and ice hockey teams around the world.

This is a strange one. Spurs bought back all of their outstanding shares 2 weeks back and ceased their listing on the AIM. This was reportedly done to ensure there would be no drama's with banking covenants while progressing through finance applications as part of the Northumberland Development Project for a new Lane.

Now is seems owner Joe Lewis is pretty good mates with the President at AEG and this speculation may be nothing more than just best buds having a few beers (pun intended  ) and talking shop. On the flip side, at 450m, that's a pretty darn good exit proce for Joe Lewis. After he lost about half of his wealth during the collapse of Bear Sterns (although he's still got a lazy 3bn USD) he might be looking at taking a profit on Spurs and moving into a new opportunity - perhaps betting on the collapse of the AUD at some point?

Anyhoo, as long as the structure remains, Daniel Levy is kept as chairman and we progress with the NDP for a 60k seater stadium, I'm not too fussed. It's not as though Joe Lewis is a sugar daddy.

16 losses, 5 draws, no wins in the last 21 games against United at White Hart Lane.

That is pathetic, no matter which way you look at it.

Can't see the tally going in our direction this weekend either...
