We sold an aging non profitable clubroom and after many twists and turns we now have a venue, the NorEast providing a massive income to the Norwood Football Club.
A club room no matter how big will never provide anywhere near the income of a pokie venue.
Now that the NFC has a more stable financial base the time is right to proceed towards permanent club rooms.
The horse before the cart .... the club rooms can wait !

Prior to the agreement we collected %100 of $0, so we're in a much better position now rather than still trudging through the $-draining legal system.

My understanding (happy to be corrected) is that turnover has been lower in recent times, after a couple of years of solid returns.
