Having said that, the media in most western countries set out to be destructive
Bambi had a baby doesn't sell papers

I look forward to reading the same destructive agenda when Abbott is PM.

Hopefully theres enough people like me to get rid of the ranga.
Probably only need someone half human to go up against Abbott and I'd probably vote for them as Abbott really doesn't appeal to me despite the Libs being more appealing as a party.
Why are 2 of the most unappealing leaders in charge?

So you would be happy to vote labor in ..... If Rudd is back ??

They are disfunctional either way.

Correct. Tony Abbott is a loon who is only passed by Gillard in that department IMHO.
I could never vote for Abbott unless he was the only choice of someone like Gillard.

Pretty much X2.

Rudd >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Abbott ( I dont have enough room for all the >>>>>'s I'd need to fit Gillard in. )
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

I'd say they're non functional. Labor try and have poor results. Liberal just do nothing.

God help us all.

As far as economic management and successful policy goes, a Gillard-led Labor has been fairly competent, but geez they have led a horrendous PR campaign and have utterly failed to capitalise on Abbott's blunders, which will ultimately be their downfall. I don't get the love for Rudd, was spineless when it came to enacting policy, especially compared to Gillard.

I suspect spineless and popular are two sides of the same coin.
You want to be liked by most people, don't upset anybody... ;)

In that regard I respect Gillard more for her having the guts to push ahead, even though I don't like most of her policies and her dishonesty.

Q - we will agree to disagree on economic management.
I will concede, and always have, the minority government was a poisoned chalice.
They sold their soul to the Greens and independents and are paying the price.
If the coalition had won, they would called an election by now.

As for the media, they have certainly given it to Abbott by calling him Dr No.

But people understand Labor are in power and their role is to govern AND the role of the coalition is to bring the govt down
