Sadly some players see themselves as much bigger than a 'team man' so it doesn't surprise that he had a disagreement with anyone in higher authority.

Choccies wrote:Boxer doesn't like to be told what to do unfortunately....

Theres a few like that at " Amateur " clubs trust me.

He simply isn't good enough to make it don't make excuses with arguements etc
If you are good enough you play league footy if your not then you don't

No such thing as he could've cause he was good enough, if you don't make it for whatever reason then you simply weren't good enough as ability is not the complete package, at league level the difference is mental

Wow.... Don't remember anyone bringing any of that theory or 'argument' up.... All people said was that he isn't out at North for whatever reason. Only him and North know the reason...

I agree with everything they have said mate !! I'm saying he might be a good player, whether he is up to SANFL who knows, but at any club in any division you still need to respect authority and do as you are asked. I said Johnny may not have always heeded that advice...

And on saying that I still think that despite his size he could have played SANFL because he has the skills, the fitness and the desire to play the highest level footy he can and thats why he left GG to play at Gaza so I give him credit for having a crack.

you'd hope the lad didnt just hav a spit and walked out on em. They possibly be quite happy hav him bak but by just doing a runner he could look bak in years to come and regret the non-cooperation now for the rest of his life

my advice to the young fella would be to admit defeat and beg for a return to training before the window becomes forever closed. Never to reopen
