Tom Forest back to the rangers to..

at least with the way the finals now work with 4 teams, Cowell will still make the finals after the loss of Siviour

Will there be a first semi final or is it just a prelim now?
The loss of Siviour will no doubt be hard to fill.
I heard the Cats will be looking for a former SANFL player to replace him.

Yes just out of colts this year but played quite a few A grade games last year. Probably lacked a bit of confidence last year but has just had a big year in A grade cricket which should help him with his self belief for footy this season.

Who's your tip for the year then wasps? I would have thought with ports from what i've seen recruiting pretty well and Cleve and Rudall Merging we should be in a cracker of a year.. You'd think Kimba would go in favourites but i don't think anyone would be surprised to see any of the 4 teams win it

Will be interesting.

Kimba still the measuring stick, have not lost a game for two years and dont appear to have lost many and have Simon Hunt returning.

Cowell have lost plenty but still have a strong nucleus. Have a number of promising juniors that will only get better and will have a number of their established performers returning mid way through the season. Will be off the pace early but are guaranteed a finals spot and are renowned for stepping it up a notch come finals time as shown last year.

Ports have recruited plenty but lost a few as well. New coach has them burning up the track and he needs to successfully blend the new with the old. Brad Wake rumoured to be injured will be a huge loss if so.

Eastern Ranges as with Ports need to combine the team into one unit. Will have depth and strong defence but need more than Dylan Jenner and Roo Roberts to kick their goals. Enthusiasm will win them some games early but they must be united, working together and trusting of each other.

Rhett Simms is interstate, Jack Burton and Tyler Franklin are OS, and Nick Gale has had knee surgery.

Off the top of my head I could only think of Dylan Jenner and Roo Roberts as the better Cleve & Rudall forwards from last season. I suppose Merv could play forward but then you lose his midfield value.

For how long?

I'm pretty sure Tom Forest is heading back so he will fit in there somewhere..
