Sort your bloody trainers out!

One of your blokes put his shoulder out on Saturday and none of your blokes were to be seen, I had to go out and attend to him... Then some old guy wearing white with something resembling a handlebar moustache didn't look too happy when I brought him off field.

Yes how dare we FC  , its a shame that our trainer was putting someons finger back into joint on the bench, and the old fella you saw was our water boy / strapper. Thanks for coming to the rescue anyways.

Just jokes - I know how hard it is to do stuff on my own, I'd never have a serious crack at anyones trainers because we live by Murphys Law - it doesn't rain, it pours, anything that can go wrong, will go wrong etc...

was just a bit concerned that the poor guy was out there holding his shoulder a while even before the runner got to him..

I really didn't do much at all ;)

I hear you there, just from Saturday we had 2 dislocated shoulders, couple fingers and a broken jaw. Nothing like a trial game to get into the swing of things!

You realise there 2s have lost one game in 3 years. I think they will have a few handy players that could fill the voids

2 games mate

maybe they might finally give cail harris a game

I stand corrected. Yeah surely he won't wanna be the big fish anymore.

Found out that jack fosdike is leaving shoc also. Word from their camp is that they ain't too confident of repeating what they've done over the last couple of years. But they do have good depth, so they should make the 5.

I saw a bit of Gepps Cross against Happy Valley on Saturday afternoon - Gepps look pretty good (or Happy Valley are awful!) - but Gepps do have some size about them, and some very good midfielders. See Greg Anderson is still coaching Gepps and he has always been able to recruit well.

Its ridiculous programming!! I mean by round 7 their season could well be over after 4 tough away games!

Not only that but what about the financial side of things? No revenue coming in from home games for a lengthy period! Bills still need to be paid...

It was a 6 "quarter" game. A grade for the first 3. Broadview won that by about 6 goals. It was very tough in close, but Broadies opened up Uni's on the rebound from defence. Uni's looked ok, but my understanding that they were missing quite a few. Same for us though, just good to see the lads running around again.

Both Stanley and Carey played the second half of the league trial on the weekend.

was told henley were missing bout 3 or 4 starters salisbury north were missing a handfull also but there were 3 kids that were given a run in the a grade that are still under 18's and a handful that have played less than 10 a grade games so salisbury north will be a lot stronger than they were saturday throughout the season

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.
