You just lost every argument ever with that.

I have never heard of him. Presumed it was the new CEO.
Who is the new CEO then?

THe modern day King Midas. Pirie, Lincoln and Whyalla councils would no. Comes with huge raps then disappears just as the financial states of the coucils start to decline.

The clearance page for PLFL is a mess. Seems like mallees have quite a few denials for players wanting to leave, would that be the League of club doing the denying? Who's done the best recruiting?

Spot on Eags, when you have boys sign "contracts" not rego forms, you expect them to be a part of the club. We have no issues with them wanting to play elsewhere, except the fact they signed the contract. We have continually have tried to explain this to players when they do sign that it is serious. Unless you want that contract to have no credibility or respect you have to enforce it. Happened with Jesse Kemp 2 years ago.
I originally wouldnt have minded them leaving(because thats what they wanted and EU are a good club), but if you think about it, if you can quit a club even though contracted, what would the difference be between the rego forms and a contract. You have to draw the line somewhere.

It all comes back to player greed and uneducated players.

Problem with Souths is they have to sign to get the money, they play a year then realise the money aint worth it to be at Souths....

Where do you get your figures WCP?
I dont think it has anything to do with coin, those particular 2 arent getting any from Souths, the contracts are supposedly there to give the club a list of definites at the start of the year, and to help with insurance purposes.

It's a shame they removed the protected player list, winning the spoon last year would have been enough.....
