West Ham hosting Reading is massive. Hammers only 1 point behind the royals in 3rd spot after winning their game in hand during the week.

One very on edge Royals supporter here. One of THE most important games in our history. We aren't great at close promotion races ie playoffs, that's for sure. We need to get some breathing space above the hammers.

Football is great when you do well, but I might HATE the game in the morning :D

Hammers 1 - 0 Royals. 8 mins in f*** I HATE FOOTBALL

Stole 1 back 42 mins 1 - 1 and we dont deserve it but we'll take it !!

Unbelievable - Reading 2 Hammers 1 just before half time.
Totally outplayed all game, and in front. WOW. I LOVE FOOTBALL.

Edit: Whew, cleared off the reading goal line in the final seconds of the half. What a game.

Huge result for Reading, now only 2 pts behind Southampton after we lost our 1st league game since early jan to Blackpool. Also puts the royals 4 clear of West Ham.

We haven't lost too many this year - missing a penalty early as well as a one on one with the keeper doesn't help but **** me - pricks? Calling from the kick, i know.

Big 4 games tonight. 2nd 3rd 5th and 6th playing - 1 in each game vs Leeds (10th), Barnsley (only team with not much to play lets hope they can they can upset the hammers), Watford (11th) like Leeds need to keep in touch, and the clarets (16th) who are still a remote playoff chance so its huge.

Reading go top with a 2-0 win over Leeds. 2 very late goals. :D
Leeds down to 10 men after the 12th minute, should have been down to 9 men but got away with a nasty leg breaking tackle....

West Ham cruise to a 4-0 win over Barnsley, to keep Reading and Southampton honest. IMO seasons like this play-off's are a joke as the top 3 are well clear and deserve to go up, but one of them will have to do it via play-off's.

Burnley upset Brighton 1-0. The Clarets minute play-off chances are still alive.

Blackpool 2-0 over Watford.

That ref in the Leeds - Reading game was terrible.
Neil Warnock was right when he said that it was a joke how all of the Reading players got around the ref after every foul, especially for the Red Card decision.
I've seen the challenge 20 times and although it looked bad live, i don't think he should have been sent off.
Danny Pugh's challenge around the 20th minute  Should have been a red for sure.
Michael Brown also made 3-4 line ball challenges.. one where he put a hole through Karacan's sock, then later on, he broke his ankle :?
We defended so well for 70 minutes with 10 men with such an injury riddled side. :)
2011-12 Season is over.. time for a major re-build of the squad in the off-season.
It's Somma Time!

to me seeing the challenge was a red card. Your players seemed to be out there to cause some damage and lost thier heads sorry pidge. the challenge after that by one of your players (cant remember his name) was even worse and that also should have been straight red.

Soton almost home after beating Palace 2-0 with a brace from who else but Lambert.
The Hammers had to settle for 3-3 against Brum.
Soton now 6 points clear with only 4 games remaining.
Leeds went down 2-0 to Derby and no suprise that Leeds copped another red card
