just wondering if anyones interested in joining there fantasy league comps they got going there at the moment, some of you mite have already started up a team.
just seeing if u want to get a mini league going?

Leagues of Leagues Prize:
There is a League of League Prize at the end of the home and away season. The League of Leagues Champions will win a total prize of $1,000 to share amongst the teams. Team of the Round Prizes:

The manager of the highest scoring team each round of the season (Round 1 - Round 22) will win $100 worth of Free Bet/s

The manager of the second highest scoring team each month of the season (Round 1 - Round 22) will win $50 worth of Free Bet/s

The manager of the third highest scoring team each month of the season (Round 1 - Round 22) will win $25 worth of Free Bet/s

Team of the Month Prizes:
The manager of the highest scoring team each month of the season (Round 1 - Round 22) will win $500 worth of Free Bet/s

The manager of the second highest scoring team each month of the season (Round 1 - Round 22) will win $250 worth of Free Bet/s

The manager of the third highest scoring team each month of the season (Round 1 - Round 22) will win $100 worth of Free Bet/s

Is there a disadvantage by not having a team/league in place from round 1?

by not having a team from round 1 your not going to be able to win the end of year prize individually but ur still eligible for the weekly and monthly prizes listed above, for the mini league its not going to be a disadvantage because there is still no other leagues started so we would be the 1st
it doesnt cost anything to join so u got nothing to lose

ok I've read the rules thingy and for each of us to be eligible for the full prize each week we must get one person to join-ok I've used Wedgie's ID to join so he is now eligible. I'm willing to pass my ID on to some-one else who wants' to join, then they pass theirs' on etc, etc.

I'm in - sounds like the chances of winning something here are fairly good - much better than on afl.com.au.

In that fantasy comp I am in 58th place out of 170,000-odd teams and still have bugger all chance of winning anything. That sort of form in here should ensure you win something... fingers crossed!

Thanks Wedgie, its worth a crack....also be interesting to see if Sportsbet want to offer something here as I got a promotional email from them last week beating theri chest about offering SANFL markets now, you would think this site would be the perfect vehicle for them to promote it to SANFL followers

also with the comp on Footytrends, your lowest 3 rounds dont count for the end of year prizes so if you join now you are only 1 round behind instead of 4

*BUMP*

Ive now won a $50 free bet, great odds at no cost lads and the more the merrier, you don't have to worry about the end of season prizes as its not hard to get a great weekly prize of $50 or $100 (if Gehrig had kicked one more goal the week before I'd have $150 in free bets to make, and Ive only been in it for 3 rounds).

And for those that haven't yet joined Sportsbet, you're mad if you don't, you can get up to a $100 free bet just for joining and depositing money into your account and if you put me, dutchy or someone else on here as your referer we'll get up to $50 free bet too.

Well done Wedgie...yes this comp is the best kept secret on the net for punters...Ive won $100- free bet so far and as you can see above Wedgie is doing well also....Im sitting 4th overall for the end of season prizes...also note that your worst 3 results for the year are not counted so if you join now you are still a show...

Also check out the forum...there is a couple of genuine pro punters who give thier in depth thoughts on the games...well worth a read...
