oh dear, parking on the parklands was it?? surprised it's taken 6+ years for any fines to be dished out for that. i had a warning in the first year and didn't park in there again.

He has played at BOS the past two seasons, would say he has probably been to more games than you..

Has Kilburn as his club, sorry we all don't know everything about ametuer league like you PG. Anyway, 1 of the 2 clubs was not in div 6 last year and last year is not this year and any B grade looks good against BOS B Grade. After 23 years of senior football involvement i know that after 4 rounds you don't declare anyone unbeatable PG...

Didn't say I agreed or disagreed with him comments, nor do I claim to know everything about amateur league, OBB is a mate of mine that is how I know.

As for the criticism being the coaching staffs job, well that's just a stupid comment! Perhaps we should close down these forums, perhaps we should tell spectators on the sidelines to be quiet, because criticism is really just one persons opinion, and more importantly some criticisms may actually be relevant and usefull - not random snipes at players, structures or coaching styles.

People and teams will always come under scrutiny and be criticised, it's up to them how they choose to deal with it and respond..

Without wanting to sound like a sore loser, the umpires were DISGRACEFULL!! Infact they were that bad I was thinking late in the 2nd quarter that a massive all in brawl was going to break out, and there was not going to be a thing they were going to do about it. Ticky tac free kicks, inconsistency and NO authority on the field..

Having said that United were good after half time, as for my criticism of the farm ill keep that to myself..

Mawson Lakes very, very good. Set the game up in the first quarter kicking ten goals to our one goal, caught us napping. Too many passengers for us yesterday.

How do they and Blackfriars compare to the likes of Kenilworth & Glenunga from last season?

I was having a discussion with someone about this on the weekend. Overall I don't think this year is as strong as D6 last year. Kenilworth had a team full of superstars and Glenunga weren't far behind.

I don't think BOS have as strong a team as last year, yet they are undefeated. Haven't seen TOS, Woody Sth or Lockleys yet, so maybe it's too early to judge.

i disagree a bit Q..its stronger..2011 had a weak ingle farm and henley C grade..this year it hasnt..there are no easy games..D6 was a weak year in 2011 imo..kenilworth and glenunga had nothing on the GG team that came through div 6 a few years ago..i see the cats this week so we will have a better idea then..maybe at the top it might not be as good as KFC or GFC circa 2011 but who knows..my point is there are no easy games..

Dunno, I reckon all the teams that were in D6 last year have weaker sides this year. HDFC, CLG, BOS, CU, TOS. Ingle Farm may be the exception.

Interesting you say that Q, after watching Glenunga in round 1 where the A grade lost and Kenilworth on Saturday where we won Glenunga is and without seeing them last year for mine is now clearly the better of the two, Glenunga have obviously performed better in Division 5 to this point (Hence ladder position, results, Win/Loss count). I know it's a new year, teams gain/lose players, the performance of other sides can change etc. but Glenunga so far has made a better transition into Division 5 than Kenilworth and are at the moment the team to beat at 4 and 0, which shows that they're obviously better than last year. It will be interesting to see what happens when Glenunga play Kenilworth in round 9 and find out who will come out on top, did Glenunga beat Kenilworth last season through the minor round?
