Even if he meant -24.5, it's around the 1.03.
To get out at 1.24 range you need to be looking at a pick your own line, in which case -50.5 is about the mark

Brod, not trying to have a go here, so sorry if this sounds harsh, just trying to teach you.

The WCE+24.5 doesn't mean win by 25 or more, it means lose by no more than 24, or draw, or win.
If the points are +, it means it helps, so they can lose by fewer than the number, or draw or win.
If it's -, then that's when they need to win by more than the number.

So: WCE -24.5 is to win by 25 or more. The opposing bet is North +24.5, so they can lose by upto 24pts and you'd still collect.

I could be wrong but I think he knows. He was just point out that the +24 bet would've won but if you had them -24.5 you would've been nervous.
