Pretty sure he won't be playing HBF in the side he's going to. The scouts (his new boss) came over and watched him play at Pt. Wakefield 2 weeks ago, straight into the midfield is what I've been told.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

I've never seen him play on-ball but sure he'll be fine wherever he ends up.

From memory Lincoln City played Far West in Ceduna in 2005.

The under 17 bus couldn't get out of 2nd gear and it took them 8 hours to get home.

You're right there Cove07. Played at Ceduna when Horgs was the coach of the Lincoln City team. The senior blokes stayed the night at ceduna after leaving Lincoln at 8am. The colts bus left at 5:30am arrived back in Lincoln at about midnight.

What are your thoughts on that CU?

How is can the league be at fault for that.

Blame the parents that are too slack to take their kids to the game.

I was on the bus. bus driver was glad to get home after we threw used chewies at him and bagged him for the last 6 hours of the trip. my hip flask was empty by port kenny which didnt help
Lets blame the PLFL for the bus breaking down, they should have got a better bus

Sorry wasn't blaming anyone about the issue.
Just advising that port lincoln have been to ceduna recently and didn't in-fact forfeit as CU suggested.
My point was purely directed at CU, not at the bus.

The quote suggested prior to my comment was "imagine if" we had to go to Ceduna to play. My point was that 20 players pulled out to go 45km to Tumby. How many would have pulled out going 400km to Ceduna? We probably would have had to forfiet.
I never anywhere suggested we had forfieted in the past. Check your facts

I also do not call 2005 recent

That is my thoughts on that!

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]
